The ideal candidate brings a Master's in a related field and at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in childcare, with strong communication and assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum design and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of childcare curriculum and educational programs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to childcare staff, fostering professional growth.
• Conduct regular assessments of child development programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, offering support and guidance.
• Collaborate with management to set strategic goals for childcare services.
