Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a dedicated team leader for Child and Youth Services (CYS) programs. The role focuses on guiding staff to deliver developmentally appropriate care and educational activities for children aged 6 weeks to 18 years, across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth areas.

The position requires effective English communication, adherence to safety standards, and experience with program planning and staff supervision in a childcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience with program staff development and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program staff to provide developmental care and instruction for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities.
• Ensure health and safety standards in diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning, food service and immunization practices.
• Instruct team members and provide written instructions, reference materials and supply access.
