Franklin Templeton, a leading asset manager, seeks a Senior Change Management & Communications Consultant to design and execute change strategies across enterprise initiatives. You will coach cross-functional teams, shape messaging, and translate standards into practical plans to drive adoption and outcomes.

The role supports a hybrid work model with three days on-site, offering a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities to influence large-scale programs globally.

About The Department

Technology and Global Operations supports programs and initiatives by helping teams manage change clearly, consistently, and effectively. The team designs practical change management and communication approaches, guides program teams through adoption risks, and supports high-impact initiatives where additional execution help is needed. How You Will Add Value

Core Responsibilities

• You will design change management strategies for programs and initiatives.
• Define success measures, risks, and adoption approaches.

Work Schedule & Location

• This role will work a hybrid schedule 3 days/week in any of our Franklin Templeton locations with a preference to locations in the Eastern time zone.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $122,000 – $158,300, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
