Job summary

Acosta is seeking a strategic analytics lead to partner with our client Albertsons, delivering advanced, insight‑driven solutions that provide actionable recommendations across product, pricing, promotion and placement. You will work with cross‑functional teams to understand KPIs, build compelling presentations, and become a trusted advisor through regular client meetings.

This is a hybrid role with three in‑office days per week in the San Francisco area.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the CPG industry and data sources.
• Ability to integrate data from Nielsen, Circana, and retailer data.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Effective communication across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and provide proactive guidance addressing 4-Ps for GM.
• Lead category reviews through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
• Build sales presentations using syndicated, shopper, and data sources.
• Understand client KPIs and deliver data reports to scorecards.
• Set up regular client meetings to act as trusted advisor.
• Summarize results and create case studies and success stories.
