Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking a data-driven professional to lead the business insights partnership with Albertsons. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced analytical solutions that translate into actionable insights and profitable recommendations.

You will work with sales drivers, manage complex data sources, and present findings that drive decisions across product, pricing, promotion, and placement strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certs in category management are a plus.
• Experience with Nielsen/Circana or retailer loyalty data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and provide guidance addressing the 4-Ps for General Merchandise.
• Lead category reviews through the 3-call process with cross-functional teams.
• Build sales presentations using syndicated and shopper data for in-depth insights.
• Understand client KPIs and deliver data reports to scorecards or validate progress.
• Set up regular client meetings to act as a trusted advisor.
• Summarize results and create case studies and success stories.
