Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Category Analyst/Manager to support the sales team with high-quality analysis and synthesis of multi-source data, evaluating item performance, assortment planning, and store clustering through a modular process in a hybrid role requiring 3 in-office days per week.

You will work with Circana/IRI data, retailer POS, and cross-functional teams to craft category presentations, deliver insights, and influence client strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or related work experience may substitute.
• 2+ years related experience in analytics or category management.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical insights for category management projects using retailer POS and Circana data.
• System tools: Retailer POS, Circana (IRI)/NielsenIQ.
• Develop category presentations with syndicated data to address business issues.
• Collaborate with CP G Category Management and Space Technology teams to ensure quality results.
• Keep up-to-date with client KPIs, strategies, and timelines.
