Ignite Human Capital seeks a senior Case Manager to oversee sophisticated litigation matters under attorney supervision. The role coordinates with clients, opposing counsel, paralegals, and vendors, delivering high-volume, deadline-driven case operations and budget oversight.

The position emphasizes leadership of a legal team, strategic case management, and client-facing responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, including product liability and mass tort matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience within complex litigation, including product liability, mass torts, and class actions.
• Experience acting as a lead paralegal or managing complex legal teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters from both factual and procedural perspectives, ensuring effective tracking of activity.
• Coordinate across attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, case assistants, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, summaries, and materials for attorney review.
• Lead and supervise paralegals and case assistants while coordinating projects with attorneys.
• Manage case staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
