Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a closely related role.
• Experience working within the Agile development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating UAT efforts with stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills to bridge non-technical and technical teams.
• Experience writing and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using Jira.
• Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand, clarify, and document business needs.
• Partner with domain experts and engineers to support solution design for moderately complex problems.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, workflows, mock-ups, and user stories.
• Maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with priorities.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Analyze current product workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities with test cases and validation.
• Track KPIs to evaluate solution performance and identify improvements.
• Participate in retrospectives and contribute to process improvements.
• Support prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts.
