Energy Solutions is seeking a powerhouse Business Systems Analyst II to join our Information Systems Team. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, partner with stakeholders and engineers, and contribute to Agile delivery while maintaining documentation.

This hybrid role offers opportunities to mentor analysts, refine epics and user stories, and help shape platform enhancements that drive energy and water-use savings for utility, government, and institutional customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, IS or related field.
5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Experience with Agile development lifecycle and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
Support solution design for moderately complex technical problems with domain experts and engineers.
Prepare functional specs, workflows, and user stories; maintain epics and acceptance criteria.
Assist backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
Coordinate UAT and validate requirements against delivered solutions.
Track KPIs and contribute to process improvements and agile best practices.
