Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking a Business Process Technology Sr Analyst to shape and deliver enterprise process technology solutions in a collaborative, employee-owned environment focused on safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role reports to the Business Process Technology Manager and involves leading cross-divisional teams, defining requirements, and guiding best practices across projects. A strong technical foundation and 7–8 years of experience are expected.

Formación

• 7-8 years experience in related fields.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, driving records) as per policy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather/outline complex business process technology needs and document technology requirements.
• Provide application/solution development support (requirements, design and production support).
• Deliver training and educational materials related to best practices for leveraging key technology components.
• Facilitate implementation of best practices and policies for leveraging existing tools.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to understand requirements for custom development and shrink-wrapped solutions.
• Lead cross-divisional teams responsible for collecting information on ROI and business cases.
