Kforce is seeking a Senior BEOL Process Integration Engineer in Chandler, AZ. The role blends hands-on process integration in Cu BEOL with collaboration across Fab Operations and Foundry partners to boost yield and reliability.

The position is hybrid with 25% travel to the Portland, OR area. Requires 5+ years in BEOL and strong expertise in Photo, Etch, Thin Films and CMP, plus SPC/FDC/DOE/JMP data tools.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years semiconductor BEOL Process Integration experience
• BEOL Integration Engineer role experience; subject matter expert
• 5 years in Cu back-end Fab BEOL manufacturing
• Experience with Photo, Etch, Thin Films, and CMP
• Experience transferring technologies from R&D to high-volume manufacturing
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead BEOL process integration to optimize yield and manufacturing performance
• Perform BEOL integration in Cu back-end Fab environment
• Own and optimize multi-step copper interconnect sequences
• Drive improvements in quality, reliability, cost, productivity and process capability
• Identify yield-limiting factors and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Support technology transfer and process matching with foundry partners
• Use SPC, FDC, DOE, and JMP to analyze data and solve manufacturing challenges
