Job summary

Texas Instruments' LFAB in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a BEOL Process Integration Engineer to drive integration and development of BEOL in advanced lithography nodes.

You will own BEOL process flow targets, design experiments with unit process development, collaborate with RET for OPC improvements, work with SPTI for packaging robustness, and deliver timely technology solutions aligned with product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the BEOL process flow that meets physical, electrical, yield and reliability targets
• Design experiments with the unit process development group to evaluate options and arrive at a manufacturable, cost-effective solution
• Partnering with the RET team to validate OPC and make improvements as appropriate
• Collaborating with the silicon-package-test interaction (SPTI) team to ensure silicon process is compatible with test and packaging robustness requirements
• Deliver technology solutions on time that meet product requirements
