You will prospect manufacturing accounts, qualify leads, and re-engage dormant CRM opportunities, collaborating with engineering, purchasing, and supply chain teams.

This autonomous, hunter-focused role offers a base salary of $150,000 with uncapped monthly commissions and strong earning potential, plus a balanced work schedule (Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven outbound prospecting and lead-generation success.
• Experience engaging engineering, purchasing and supply chain stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect manufacturing customers via phone, email and social channels.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing, trade shows, and inquiries.
• Re-engage dormant CRM opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain CRM activity and document opportunities and progress.
• Meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline goals.
