Jobot seeks an Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager CPA for our Plano, TX office in a hybrid role. The position demands strong leadership in managing assurance engagements and mentoring staff, with deep knowledge of all levels of assurance including compilations, reviews, and audits.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, a full benefits package, and a hybrid schedule designed for flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related audit field.
• Current CPA license in any US state.
• Experience with all levels of assurance: compilations, reviews, audits.
• Ability to adapt to a wide variety of projects and industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations locally and out of state.
• Leadership and coaching skills for staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage assurance engagements from initiation to completion.
• Lead and develop audit staff and seniors on engagements.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Perform technical reviews and sign reports when appropriate.
• Research accounting standards and advise on solutions.
• Coach and mentor staff to advance technical competence.
• Engage with clients via MS Teams and in person.
• Manage client relationships and billing discussions.
• Ensure compliance with quality management procedures.
