Qualifications

• Law School Graduation or eligibility to take the NYS Bar Examination.
• Admission to NYS Bar.
• One year as Assistant Attorney 2 or admission to NYS Bar with one year of post-licensure experience.
• Admission to NYS Bar and two years of post-licensure professional legal experience for Senior Attorney.
• Eligibility via 55b/c program or Civil Service transfer qualifications per Civil Service Law sections.

Responsibilities
