Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and NY bar in good standing.
• 2–8 years of workers' compensation or insurance defense experience.
• Familiarity with NYS Workers' Compensation Law and regulations.
• Experience appearing at WCB hearings and drafting appeals.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in hearings and depositions before the Board.
• Prepare and file motions, balancing legal strategy with client advocacy.
• Manage caseload independently and meet filing deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide strategic legal advice.
