Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing.
• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on New York Workers' Compensation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court, administrative proceedings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and legal advice.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
