The attorney will manage defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including discovery and litigation, while collaborating with insurers, employers, and third-party administrators.

Must have CA residency and be admitted to the CA Bar, with at least 1 year of workers'

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and negotiating abilities.
