Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join the Atlanta office. This hybrid role supports the Affordable Housing Group, working with clients on real estate advisory, assurance, and related services.

You will lead engagements, plan activities, manage teams, and deliver high-quality work with strong client communication. The successful candidate should have 3+ years in public accounting, real estate experience, a Bachelor's degree, and CPA eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans.
• Illustrate budgets and schedules.
• Actively participate in proposals.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, with regular feedback.
• Communicate effectively to gain client confidence and lead the CRZ team.
