Job summary

WPP Media, the AI-driven media operating unit, seeks a Senior Associate, Planning to shape media strategy and plans. You will steward approved plans daily, train Associates, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients, teams, and partners.

You will collaborate across internal and external teams, ensuring accurate budget control and timely delivery of media activity while leveraging MS Office tools to support decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or equivalent experience.
• At least 1+ year of related media planning experience.
• Strong understanding of media fundamentals including reach/frequency.
• Proficiency with systems/tools and MS Office.
• Strong quantitative skills and analytical ability.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Business-minded, detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop media strategy and media plans aligned with the approved strategy.
• Manage daily tasks for stewarding approved plans.
• Train Associates in media fundamentals, policies, and systems.
• Gather and analyze data to provide insights-based recommendations.
• Deliver POVs on client issues and opportunities.
• Ensure execution of plans with accurate budget control and timely updates.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams and partners.
