Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or general accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and execute timely processing of vendor invoices with proper GL coding.
• Manage and execute vendor payments via ACH, wires, and checks, optimizing cash flow.
• Reconcile transactions and balance reports with GL balances.
• Monitor bank balances and perform inter-account transfers as needed.
