The role sits within the Analytics team, which partners across web development, email, social media, design, and paid media.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, ideally within a nonprofit, advocacy, or agency environment.
• You're experienced in audience segmentation and reporting for email and SMS programs, including how list composition, engagement tiers, and send cadence affect performance metrics.
• You have intermediate to advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools to build clear, decision-ready dashboards and reports.
• You have experience with paid media reporting across channels and can synthesize performance data into actionable recommendations.
• You're comfortable reconciling data across multiple platforms and sources and can trace discrepancies to their source.
• You can deliver on a fast-moving queue of ad hoc requests while maintaining longer-term reporting priorities.
• You can translate insights for both technical teammates and non-technical clients.
