We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to support marketing and fundraising clients by helping us build out reporting frameworks, deliver data‑driven insights, and keep pace with the analytical needs of both internal and client teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track program performance and supporter behavior.
- Reconcile data across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Respond quickly and thoroughly to ad hoc analytical requests from internal and client teams.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, ideally within a nonprofit, advocacy, or agency environment, with demonstrated knowledge of fundraising programs and online revenue strategy.
- Experience in audience segmentation and reporting for email and SMS programs, including how list composition, engagement tiers, and send cadence affect performance metrics.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and experience working with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar) to build clear, decision‑ready dashboards and reports.
- Experience with paid media reporting across channels (search, social, display) and ability to synthesize performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable reconciling data across multiple platforms and sources, spotting discrepancies, tracing them back to their source, and communicating clearly about what the numbers do and don’t say.
- Ability to deliver on a fast‑moving queue of ad hoc requests without losing sight of longer‑term reporting priorities.
- Strategic thinking, translating insights for both technical teammates and non‑technical clients.
- Thoughtful, organized teammate who adapts to new situations, solves problems on the fly, and communicates proactively.
Compensation and Work Location
- Salary range: $65–$85 per hour; compensation commensurate with experience.
- Hybrid model: on‑site presence is welcome for US staff within commuting distance of the NY or DC office; managers may require in‑person attendance as necessary.
