Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst in Accounting & Controllership to drive material cost analysis, PRISM closures, and cross-functional financial support. The role combines accounting acumen with supply chain insight across multiple teams.

Location is hybrid in the US; relocation support is available for eligible candidates. The salary range and benefits reflect RTX’s competitive package for experienced finance professionals.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Working experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or PRISM or similar financial systems.
• Working experience with MS Office Tools especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes MRP supply and demand issues and contacts internal customers for resolution.
• Creates new material group set-ups, ensuring correct grouping of operative WBS elements.
• Assists with inventory cost shifts, undistributed costs, and variance research.
• Provides support for Project Closure activities with cross functional teams.
• Interacts with Production Control, Operations, Supply Chain, Program Finance, Program Management, and Logistics to resolve errors and complete PRISM closures.
• Conducts cost shift analysis and variance research.
