Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in operations, processing, or customer service.
• Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet minimum qualifications.
• Ability to research and resolve problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently process, reconcile, and/or balance for Alternative Investments transactions in an accurate, timely and compliant manner.
• Work with internal and external partners to research and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide seamless service.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Utilize various computer applications to provide processing information and take appropriate action.
• May participate in various team or department projects, as assigned.
