Job summary

You will design, implement, test, and review AI-enabled backend services, APIs, and tooling in a collaborative, office-based setting with hybrid flexibility. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with at least 7 years of multi-platform experience.
• Experience with healthcare or enterprise security is preferred.
• Strong software eng. fundamentals: cloud-native development, APIs/microservices, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI engineering technology.
• Use AI coding tools daily (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex-style agents).
• Model evaluation and quality measurement.
• Engage with customers to determine business requirements and review designs.
• Own change requests and coordinate with other teams.
• Lead large projects and facilitate JAD sessions with stakeholders.
