Toyota Connected North America is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead in Plano, TX to guide cybersecurity teams toward high-performing, self-sustaining delivery. You will champion Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices, coordinate across teams, and report delivery progress to stakeholders.

You bring 5+ years leading agile delivery, strong facilitation, data-driven decision making, and knowledge of security principles. This 12+ month contract offers hybrid work and a collaborative engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.
• Expert in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and SDLC.
• Ability to apply Agile principles to cybersecurity or complex teams.
• Understanding of information security principles.
• Proficient in creating visuals and dashboards to communicate product health.
• Data-driven decision making and risk management awareness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple cybersecurity teams in adopting Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.
• Maintain understanding of information security principles to support security-sensitive teams.
• Lead program-level planning, execution tracking, and delivery reporting across teams.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Facilitate ceremonies and stakeholder communications, including status updates.
• Promote transparency and collaboration with product/engineering and stakeholders.
