Job summary

Toyota Connected North America in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to guide cybersecurity teams in adopting Agile, Lean, and DevOps to deliver secure software.

You will partner with product and security stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive program-level planning across multiple teams, shaping roadmaps and delivery plans. This role requires strong communication and risk management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and SDLC.
• Ability to adapt Agile principles for non-traditional teams (cybersecurity, infra).
• Understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Proficient in creating visuals, dashboards, and reports for team health.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple cybersecurity teams in adopting Agile, Lean, and DevOps.
• Maintain understanding of information security practices to support secure environments.
• Lead program-level planning, execution tracking, and delivery reporting across teams.
• Drive cross-team risk management and escalation processes.
• Facilitate program ceremonies, stakeholder communications, and go/no-go reviews.
• Facilitate multi-team workshops and quarterly planning to align with org goals.
• Address dependencies and impediments, championing resolution at department level.
• Partner with product leadership to create estimates, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Use data points to drive continuous process improvement and transparency.
• Promote collaboration between product/engineering and stakeholders; influence cross-department delivery.
• Guide teams in tool selection for optimal delivery and backlog management.
