Job summary

Toyota Connected in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to guide cybersecurity engineering teams toward high performance and continual improvement.

You will champion agile, lean, and DevOps practices, manage dependencies, drive delivery plans, and report program progress to stakeholders while ensuring security considerations are integrated into the delivery lifecycle. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.
• Expert in Scrum, Kanban, Lean; strong SDLC knowledge.
• Adaptability for cybersecurity, infra, or operational teams.
• Understanding of information security principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple cybersecurity teams in adopting Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.
• Maintain understanding of information security principles to support security-sensitive environments.
• Lead program-level planning, execution tracking, and delivery reporting across teams.
• Drive cross-team dependency identification, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Facilitate program-level ceremonies and stakeholder communications, including status reports and go/no-go reviews.
• Promote collaboration between product/engineering and stakeholders to align department goals and delivery.
• Guide teams in estimating work and breaking down tasks; support backlog maintenance and delivery planning.
• Utilize CI/CD principles to improve delivery metrics and overall team performance.
• Represent teams to senior stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
