Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting Business Advisory Associate in Philadelphia, PA. The role combines auditing with accounting advisory, financial analysis, and performance improvement, serving entrepreneurial clients and leadership teams.

You will lead engagements, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development while strengthening financial operations and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years in public accounting and/or technical accounting.
• Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment.
• Master's, MBA or CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced accounting close, financial reporting, and monthly accounting processes.
• Assist with policy matters, technical accounting research, audit readiness, and cash-to-accrual conversions.
• Evaluate processes, identify control gaps, improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Work with owners and leadership to understand performance and support decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI development, dashboards.
• Build financial models and perform cash flow forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Lead client engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to training.
• Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives.
