Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a full-time, hybrid-based role in West Chester, PA.

The position focuses on financial reporting, billing, payroll, trust accounting, and cash management in a law firm setting. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong proficiency in financial reporting, GL, and billing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Law firm, accounting firm, or professional services experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, billing, payroll, and trust accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, cash flow projections, and profitability analyses.
• Manage billing, prebills, final invoices, electronic billing, and collections.
• Process semi-monthly payroll and coordinate benefit deductions and retirement plan contributions.
• Maintain trust accounts and retainers and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Complete bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and month-end closing.
• Coordinate tax reporting and annual accounting activities with external accountants.
• Supervise accounting support staff and assist with financial projects.
