Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA or in progress is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, or financial consulting.
• Experience with middle market privately held businesses on accounting and operational matters.

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support client engagements involving financial reporting, compilations, reviews, management reporting, and outsourced accounting services.
• Research accounting guidance and assist with complex financial reporting and disclosure matters.
• Provide bookkeeping and general accounting support while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze financial results and communicate insights to clients to support business decisions and planning.
• Work directly with clients to gather financial information, resolve accounting issues, and improve reporting processes.
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Assist with process improvements and the development of more efficient accounting workflows.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
