Tasman Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain financial health and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with the Controller and CFO, handling month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and strong GAAP knowledge. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days preferred and a salary in the $80k–$90k range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to apply accounting guidance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of the monthly close process, including journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for executive leadership.
• Investigate variances and discrepancies; respond to inquiries from leadership.
• Support accounting operations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with departments to improve processes and ensure timely reporting.
