Job summary

Tasman invites an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Colorado finance team, supporting month-end close, reporting, and internal controls. You will work with the Controller and CFO to enhance processes, analyze results, and ensure GAAP-compliant financials in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, accuracy, and proactive improvements, with a hybrid work setup in the Denver area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced, mid-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of the monthly close, including journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for leadership.
• Reconcile balance sheets and monitor variances and discrepancies.
• Support accounting operations, invoicing, and A/R activities as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to drive process improvements and controls.
