Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with close processes and internal controls.
• Able to work in San Diego or Mountain View office at least 3 days a week.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.
• Experience reviewing contracts and vendor agreements preferred.
• Familiarity with Coupa, CLM, Oracle, or BlackLine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and accurate reporting of liabilities and expenses.
• Review contracts and vendor agreements for proper accounting classification.
• Assist accrual accounting across liabilities, expenses, and vendor rebates.
• Perform technical accounting research and present findings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, and the Business.
• Identify process improvements using AI and automation.
• Develop and deliver training on expense coding policies.
