Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Assist with financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Monitor billing, revenue recognition, receivables, and cash collections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with audits, compliance, and special projects.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP adherence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize systems.
• Mentor junior accounting staff as needed.
