Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial Risk team in a hybrid role from Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. You will partner with Account Executives, manage day-to-day service, and drive renewal initiatives while coordinating with client services to ensure quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of insurance experience, a broker's license (preferred) and a college-level degree. This role requires excellent client communication and data analysis for stewardship

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of insurance experience, preferably in account management.
• LS/Associate degree preferred; broker's license is a strong plus and encouraged within 120 days of start date.
• Relevant experience supporting complex clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on a book of business; manage day-to-day service processes.
• Support a variety of strategic, client-facing initiatives and renewal cycles.
• Draft quotes, compare options, and assist with saving down binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Coordinate with ACS and client service teams to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Monitor invoice generation, fee arrangements, receivables, and collections.
