Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites applications for a Commodity Planning & Procurement Manager II to lead component planning for networking semiconductors and memory products. You will steer forecasting, procurement, and supplier collaboration to maintain supply continuity in a high‑complexity environment.

Hybrid role requiring ~2 days per week in an HPE office, collaborating across engineering, procurement, and operations to optimize cost, inventory, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chains including lead‑time management and supplier engagement strategies.
• Advanced analytics skills with Excel, dashboards, and data interpretation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment strategies across component suppliers and internal teams, developing procurement strategies.
• Drive inventory management and improve turns while resolving shortages with urgency.
• Own component forecasting and supply health metrics, identify risks, and mitigate them to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Analyze complex datasets to forecast risks and drive strategic actions.
• Support cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
