  • Drive inventory management and improve turns in a dynamic environment while resolving shortages with urgency and precision.
  • Lead co-planning/CPFR activities with suppliers, including enhancing, automating, and maintaining reporting tools and performance dashboards.
  • Own component forecasting and supply health metrics, proactively identifying risks and executing mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Resolve component shortages by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Lead supply reporting, including dashboards, shortage summaries, and executive-level updates.
  • Own procurement execution activities including purchase order management, lead‑time tracking, supplier commitments, and supply continuity planning.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, forecast risks, and drive strategic actions.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
  • Experience in material management, demand planning, direct procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of component‑level supply chains, ideally in hi‑tech hardware.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; advanced university degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, commodity management, demand/supply planning, procurement, or supply operations.
