Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Senior Manager to lead semiconductor supply planning and procurement, overseeing a team of managers and a procurement operations manager. You will manage forecasting, supplier engagement, and continuity of supply for critical components across memory, CPUs, FPGA, and related parts.

The role requires strong leadership, deep semiconductor supply chain knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex supply situations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Operations or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, commodity management, supply planning, or supply operations.
• 3+ years of people management leading supply chain or procurement teams.
• Mastery in English and local language.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor and electronic component supply chains, including allocation management and lead-time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of commodity procurement managers and procurement operations professionals.
• Own overall supply health across semiconductor and memory commodities; drive forecast accuracy and supply planning.
• Provide leadership for procurement execution, PO management, supplier commitments, and CRD accuracy.
• Lead executive reporting on component supply health, inventory, supplier performance, shortages, and risk.
• Standardize procurement, planning, and supply management processes; drive automation and efficiency.
