Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a seasoned Supply Chain & Operations leader to drive procurement and supply chain strategies across regions. The role requires directing a diverse team of senior professionals and aligning supplier performance with business goals.

You will influence cross-functional partners, optimize processes, and deliver cost savings while managing risk and compliance. This position is hybrid, requiring collaboration across HPE offices and remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function (or related fields).
• Typically 2-4 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Align internal objectives with external realities to maximize efficiencies across technologies, processes and solutions.
• Manage a team of senior-level exempt individual contributors and lower-level people managers with strategic implications.
• Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensure tools are in place to support the team and processes.
• Ensure the delivery of products and services that meet defined performance metrics; support performance measurement design.
• Consult with business leaders to guide strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Create new operational efficiencies and cost savings across the supply chain at a broad scale.
• Plan, direct and monitor activities of staff from a strategic level to achieve key business metrics.
• Oversee development and delivery of complex initiatives impacting the supply chain globally.
