Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to work at a Tech Company located in Santa Clara. Pay rate is $33.00 per hour and the role follows a Hybrid Supervisor/Officer schedule: Swing / Sunday - Thursday / 3:30pm-12am.

Requirements include Active CA Guard Card, valid driver’s license, security experience, and intermediate technology skills. The position emphasizes leadership on shift and coordination with the account team and officers.

Qualifications

• Active CA Guard Card and valid driver’s license required.
• Security experience of 1+ years preferred.
• Intermediate computer/tech skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Must pass background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at a customer site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Prepare reports and logs, and respond calmly to crises while ensuring safety.
