Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Field Supervisor to work in San Jose, CA. The role oversees unarmed security for a high-profile client, directs on-site staff, and ensures contract compliance across a designated shift. Pay rate is $24.00 per hour with Swing shift (Tue–Sat, 4pm–1am).

A CA Guard Card, valid driver’s license, and security experience are required. The supervisor will manage staffing, training, and incident reporting while prioritizing safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CA Guard Card and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable work experience with customer service and emergency handling.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties.
• Cross-training officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Make recommendations for security surveys and post orders.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security personnel.
• Ensure that contract required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel and their performance on shift.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
