The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in protective security, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor teams. Travel up to 30% and in-person meetings at SF headquarters are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in protective security or related field.
• Strong leadership and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience implementing protective protocols at an organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage embedded employees and vendors for client programs.
• Oversee embedded employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including timesheet reviews.
• Act as primary liaison between Concentric, vendors, employees, and clients.
