Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with contract staff and employees in protective services.

Responsibilities

• Manage embedded employee lifecycle including onboarding and performance evaluations.
• Serve as primary relationship manager between Concentric and client managers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
