Concentric is hiring an Integrated Security Operations Manager for our Corporate team in San Francisco, CA. The role is remote-friendly, with in-person meetings and travel to client sites as needed.

You will coordinate embedded staff, recruit resources, and supervise multi-vendor operations to align with client expectations. The ideal candidate has real-world security leadership experience, supervisory skills, and a track record of mentoring diverse teams in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations teams and programs.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and manage embedded staff.
• Strong collaboration with HR, finance and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment to place embedded employees in client programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins on performance and well‑being.
• Mentor embedded staff and escalate issues to HR/management.
• Oversee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, timesheets and expenses.
• Manage relationships between Concentric, clients, and embedded staff.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Draft proposals and budgets for client engagements.
• Find and train resources to deliver security services globally.
• Provide executive protection support for complex operations.
