Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred.
• Valid California Security Guard License.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Willingness to participate in screening (drug/background).

Responsibilities

• Operate Lenel 9000 access control system confidently.
• Handle phone traffic and maintain clear, professional communication.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, staying calm under pressure.
• Perform foot patrols and monitor indoor areas for safety and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and security systems in the SOC.
• Document incidents, maintain logs, and follow escalation procedures.
• Demonstrate multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Use smartphones and computers for reporting and communication.
