• Access & Badge Management: Process access permissions and manage badge activity.
• Dispatch & Communications: Answer calls and dispatch patrol officers and field personnel.
• Active Physical Patrols: Conduct interior and exterior patrols to identify hazards and violations.
• Incident Escalation & Reporting: Initiate escalation procedures and generate incident reports.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor while enforcing security rules.
