Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Financial Reporting and Planning department. The role supports internal and external reporting, prepares management reports, analyzes results, and assists with SEC filings and external audits.

The analyst will maintain reporting tools and dashboards, partner with accounting and cross-functional teams during month-end and quarter-end closes, and contribute to compliance initiatives, internal controls, and ESG reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance, or public accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, and financial disclosures).
• Support external audits and provide requested documentation.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances.
• Manage Planful and other financial reporting systems.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Partner with accounting teams during month-end and quarter-end close.
• Assist with acquisitions, lender reporting, SOX, and compliance efforts.
• Support ESG reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
