IOU Financial is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Kennesaw, GA, with a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office, up to 3 days remote). The role supports the sales team by cultivating relationships, qualifying applicants through our online process, and guiding small business customers to the right financial product.

Ideal candidates are proficient with Microsoft Office, able to build rapport, and strong in multi-tasking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Works with internal and external partners in a professional manner, assisting with problem solving and structuring loan requests.
• Works with Business Growth Advisors to qualify, expedite and present loan offers.
• Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of IOU Financial products and services.
